Customers may return or exchange items up to 14 days after delivery. Returns will not be accepted if requested over 14 days passed the delivery date noted on the order tracking. Any extensions to the exchange time frame must be requested before the 14 days have expired.



Please allow up to 14 business days from the time you mail the return or exchange for our team to receive it and process the request. Refunds for returns or new product exchanges will be provided once the item has been received and inspected. Failure to provide the item back in its original KRWNWEAR branded packaging and labels there is no return & exchange possible. For all item returns and exchanges, items must be unscratched, unscuffed, and otherwise undamaged. If your requested size is not in stock, we will ship the item when it becomes available or if it is discontinued we will contact you directly about a refund or exchange. KRWNWEAR is not accountable for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Upgraded shipping on orders is non-refundable.
